LZAW1-6300A Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker
Model Meaning

Applicable Scope
LZAW1 series intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is mainly suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage up to 690V and below, rated current 400A-6300A distribution network, used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. The circuit breaker has intelligent protection function and high-precision selective protection, which improves the reliability of power supply. The circuit breaker has a standard RS485 communication interface, which can perform four remote functions of "telemetry", "telecommunication", "remote control" and "remote adjustment" to meet the requirements of cluster control center and automation system.
This series of circuit breakers has the characteristics of compact structure, high breaking capacity, zero arcing, etc. When the circuit breaker is not equipped with intelligent release and sensor, it can be used as an isolating switch. The circuit breaker marked as low voltage circuit breaker complies with GB/T14048.2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Low Voltage Circuit Breaker" and IEC60947-2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Circuit Breaker" and other standards
Normal working and installation conditions
The upper limit of the ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5°C, and the average temperature value for 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C;
Note 1: When placing an order, the user must inform the manufacturer of the lower limit of -10°C or -25°C. Note 2: When placing an order, the user must consult with the manufacturer for working conditions where the upper limit exceeds +40°C or the lower limit is below -25°C.
The installation location is no more than 2000m above sea level:
The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C. Higher relative humidity may be allowed at lower temperatures, for example, up to 90% at +20°C. Appropriate measures shall be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
Pollution level: Level Ⅲ;
Installation category: Circuit breakers with rated working voltage of 690V and below, undervoltage releases, and primary coils of power transformers are used for installation category IV; auxiliary circuits and control circuits are installed in category III;
The external magnetic field at the installation site should not exceed 5 times the earth's magnetic field in any direction.
The vertical inclination of the circuit breaker shall not exceed 5°.

Installation Dimensions

Structure Introduction
The circuit breaker is in a three-dimensional layout, with the characteristics of compact structure, small size, zero arcing, etc. The contact system is enclosed in the insulating base plate, and each phase contact forms a small chamber. The intelligent controller, manual operating mechanism, and electric operating mechanism are arranged in front of it in sequence to form their own independent units, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
The circuit breaker has two installation modes: drawer type and fixed type.
Fixed circuit breakers are mainly composed of contact systems, intelligent controllers, manual operating mechanisms, electric operating mechanisms, fixed mounting plates, etc.
The drawer-type circuit breaker is mainly composed of a contact system, an intelligent controller, a manual operating mechanism, an electric operating mechanism, and a drawer seat. The inserted circuit breaker is placed on the guide rail inside the drawer seat to enter and exit. The drawer-type circuit breaker has three working positions: "connect", "test", and "disconnect". The position change is achieved by rotating the handle, and the indication of the three positions is displayed by the pointer on the crossbeam of the drawer seat base. When in the "connected" position, both the main circuit and the secondary circuit are connected; when in the "test" position, the main circuit is disconnected and separated by an insulating partition, and only the secondary circuit is connected, and some necessary action tests can be performed; when in the "disconnected" position, the main circuit and the secondary circuit are all disconnected. The drawer-type circuit breaker has a mechanical interlocking device. The circuit breaker can only be closed in the connected position and the test position, and the circuit breaker cannot be closed in the middle position between the connection and the test.
