LZAB1L-63 C40 miniature residual current circuit breaker
Applicable Scope
The LZAB1L series small residual current circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as residual current circuit breaker) is mainly suitable for use as residual current protection in AC 50Hz rated working voltage 230V1400V, rated current up to 100A lines. When someone is electrocuted or the leakage current of the circuit exceeds the specified value, the residual current circuit breaker can automatically cut off the power supply in a very short time, ensuring personal safety and preventing equipment accidents caused by leakage current.
Leakage circuit breakers have overload and short circuit protection functions, which can be used to protect the circuit from overload and short circuit, and can also be used for infrequent switching of the circuit under normal circumstances.
This product complies with GBIT 16917.1 and GB/T16917.22 standards.
Working Conditions
1. The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature value over 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃
2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+409 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and the monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month should not exceed+25 ℃. The monthly average maximum relative humidity of that month should not exceed 90%, taking into account condensation on the surface of the product due to temperature changes;
4. Pollution level: Level 2;
5. Installation category: Class II and Class III;
6. The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction.
Structural Working Principle
2. Working principle
When the closing handle of the residual current circuit breaker is turned to the ON position, the mechanism drives the moving contact to make reliable contact with the stationary contact, connecting the circuit. When an overload fault occurs in the circuit, the overload current causes the thermal bimetallic element to bend and push the lock buckle to reset the mechanical locking mechanism. The moving contact quickly leaves the stationary contact, thereby achieving the function of breaking the circuit; When a short circuit fault occurs in the circuit, the short-circuit current causes the instantaneous release device to actuate, and the iron core top rod to actuate, resetting the locking mechanism and achieving the breaking function; When there is a leakage or electric shock fault in the circuit, the signal output by the zero sequence transformer triggers the thyristor to conduct, and the iron core of the leakage circuit breaker acts. The push rod pushes the circuit breaker to trip, causing the leakage circuit breaker to cut off the current within 0.1 seconds, thus achieving the leakage protection function.
