In response to the national call for the "Six Stabilities and Six Guarantees" policy, Zhejiang Zheliang Electrical Co., Ltd. officially launched the "2025 Talent Reservoir Plan" today, announcing that it will release 2,000 high-quality job positions throughout the year, focusing on 28 technical roles including intelligent manufacturing engineers, low-carbon product developers, and high-voltage smart researchers. This recruitment scale represents a 30% increase from 2024, not only setting a new record for annual hiring since the company's establishment but also serving as a model for stabilizing employment and promoting transformation in Zhejiang Province's manufacturing sector. The company is accelerating its transition towards intelligence and speeding up its expansion into foreign trade.
The company plans to recruit the following positions:
- Intelligent manufacturing category: 1200 people are recruited, technical direction of industrial robot operation and maintenance, mathematical twin, to better empower products.
- Traditional electrical upgrade category: 400 people are recruited, technical direction of UHV equipment testing, smart grid operation and maintenance, in line with Zhejiang Province's "manufacturing transformation and upgrading service" policy
- Foreign language talents: 200 people are recruited to connect with foreign trade business in technical direction and respond to pre-sales and after-sales problems in foreign trade business more quickly.
- Comprehensive service: 200 people are recruited, technical direction supply chain management, domestic and foreign customer connection, company operation management, so that everyone can become a better collective!
In addition to regular recruitment, Zhejiang Liang Electric plans to implement the "Zhejiang Craftsmanship Cultivation" program, investing 50 million yuan in collaboration with colleges to build practical training bases. They will adopt a 3+2 (3 months of theoretical knowledge, 2 months of practical operation) training model, aiming to cultivate indispensable talents for Zhejiang's future while infusing new vitality into their own "talent pool"!
